Credits pay for the agent's work: a message costs from a few credits, depending on how complex it is.
Questions
How many shops can I have?
As many as you like: each shop has its own plan and invoice. Up to two free ones per account, one of them published. The agent's credits are shared by all the account's shops.
What if I don't renew?
The shop keeps working; its agent and new publications wait 7 days for the payment, then the shop can move to the free plan. The account's other shops aren't affected.
Does a shop on the free plan go offline?
Yes, when for 3 days nobody visits it and nobody works in the builder or the CRM: the shop is taken offline and its owner gets an email. “Publish” brings it back at the same address. Shops on paid plans never go offline.
Can I get the shop's code?
No: the shop is part of the platform, so payments, delivery and security are updated for everyone at once.
Is there an invoice and an act for a business?
Yes, invoices and acts are made automatically on the builder's Plan page.
